Mr. Chaturvedi is a senior financial advisor having over 30 years of experience in Financial Advisory, Accounting and Taxation, spanning across industry sectors like Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, Pharma, Infrastructure and Banking.
He was nominated on the Board of Allahabad Bank, chaired the Audit Committee, and was a member of six other Committees in the bank, appointed by Ministry of Finance, Government of India. His invaluable contributions assisted in setting up the Risk Advisory Committee in Bank of Baroda. He has played an instrumental role in offering several advisory services including Direct Tax matters, Banks’ Internal Control/Audits to the Financial Service department of Ministry of Finance.
In his earlier years, Mr. Chaturvedi embarked his career as a Tax Partner with Haribhakti & Co., a leading Chartered Accountant firm in Mumbai. Thereafter, he was appointed as Director – Finance on the Board of a leading packaging company and later appointed as a Chairman of an NBFC (Category I Merchant Banking Licence) engaged in Equity market, Leasing & Hire Purchase, Loan Syndication, Structuring of large corporate transactions including Mergers and Takeovers, etc.
Mr. Chaturvedi is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He is also a Certified Arbitrator under Arbitration and Reconciliation.

Mr Dave has over 2 decades of experience in Investment Banking and Consulting. He has successfully closed large ticket deals across various sectors such as Real Estate, Gems & Jewellery, Paper, Tobacco, Metal products, Renewable Power, Infrastructure and Hospitality. His strong networks among corporates and bankers have been as asset for K Consultants.
MR. MAHESHWARAN R
Mr. Maheshwaran is a career banker with experience of over three decades with Union Bank of India at various levels, viz., Branch, Region and Corporate, spanning across departments such as Risk Management, International Banking, Large and Mid-Corporates Banking and Restructuring and Rehabilitation of advances. He retired as General Manager, having handled large exposure in Infrastructure, Steel, Roads, Automobiles, Pharma and Chemicals and also headed the Risk Management division there comprising Credit, Market and Operational Risk, Risk Rating, Liquidity Management, Transfer Pricing Mechanism, Capital Calculations, etc. He was instrumental in opening the Bank’s first OBU in SEEPZ, Mumbai, overseas branches in DIFC, Dubai and Belgium and a subsidiary in UK. He has given lectures on aspects of imports, exports, remittances to small sized cooperative banks. He has been on interview panel for admission to Management Courses in Welingkar College and Dalmia College.
He has done his Masters in Commerce and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDMS) and Computer Management (PGDCM) from Mumbai University. He is also a Certified Associate Member of Indian Institute of Bankers..
